Key Installation Specifications

A single place for everything you need site layout, slab mounting, utilities, installation steps, and training.

Slab Mounting

  • Pad : Reinforced concrete, typical min 18’ × 50’ (confirm per model).
  • Thickness: #4 rebar 12" on center.
  • Anchoring: Hilti/epoxy anchors per anchor.
  • Level & Drainage: ±1/4” across pad; grade to divert water.

Utilities Needed

  • Power: 480V, 3‑phase (50A typical); dedicated disconnect.
  • Hydraulics: 30 GPM / 2000 PSI (plant integrated).
  • Air: 2 HP compressor (electric or hydraulic).
  • Water: 2 manual meters (23 GPM each), 75 PSI max.

Layout Planning

  • Footprint: Allow conveyor reach & safe vehicle paths.
  • Clearances: Silo fill & maintenance access kept open.
  • Traffic Flow: One‑way loop for trucks preferred.
  • Environmental: Dust enclosure, runoff & lighting as required.

Complete Installation Process

Site Assessment

Share site dimensions, utilities, and photos; we finalize the layout and anchor plan.

Site Preparation

Pour slab, run power/water/air to equipment locations, and set disconnects.

On-Site Training

Operator training on safety, controls, maintenance, and daily QC procedures.
